This policy describes how we process the data of people who join the PromoAudit waitlist, and the analytics rules of this website.
We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide in the waitlist sign-up form, together with a technical timestamp of the sign-up and its confirmation. We do not ask for any other personal data.
We process the data for one purpose: informing you about the PromoAudit product — its development, availability and launch. We do not use your email address for any other purpose.
The legal basis for processing is your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council). Sign-up uses consent confirmation (double opt-in): after submitting the form we send an activation link, and your address joins the list only once you click it.
The data is stored on Amazon Web Services hosting infrastructure (EU region), which we use to run this website. We use an email service to send the confirmation and information messages. We do not sell or share the data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The website uses cookieless analytics — we do not use tracking cookies and we collect no personal data as part of analytics. We record only aggregated, anonymous events (e.g. page views, scroll depth, element clicks) that cannot identify a specific person. For this reason the website does not display a cookie consent banner.
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects for data subjects.
We keep your email address until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Once consent is withdrawn, we remove the data from the list.
